What to send
If a price or plan is wrong: tell us which tool, what it says now, and where you saw it. If you can paste the vendor’s own pricing page line, even better — that is how we verify.
If a template is not working for you: tell us the situation and what you sent instead. That is more useful to us than a compliment, and we will usually write a better template because of it.
If you have a question we have not answered: send it. If the answer is useful to more than one restaurant, it ends up on the site.

- We are not a marketing agency and we do not run campaigns for you.
- We do not have a phone line, and we do not use a support ticket system. Email is the fastest way to reach us.
- We do not accept guest posts, sponsored reviews, or paid placements. If you are a vendor and you have read the editorial policy, you already know where you stand.
